PackagingPRO™ BT Semi-Automatic Bench-Top Chuck Capper is designed to automatically secure screw and lug-style caps that are pre-positioned on containers. Featuring a reliable pneumatic clutch system, it delivers precise and repeatable torque control to ensure consistent sealing without damaging caps.

Ideal for a wide range of production environments that require pneumatic capping, the PackagingPRO™ BT is a cost-effective, all-around solution for semi-automatic operations. It supports a variety of container types, including PET, PVC, plastic, and glass bottles.

To help protect caps and extend insert life, the machine offers adjustable torque settings. Each unit includes a universal bench-mount stand, one chuck, and one insert (up to 50mm in size), providing everything needed to start production quickly and efficiently.
